A new adventure.....

This past week after months of prayer and getting confirmation from the Lord, Bryan and I asked this homeless man in our church if he wanted to move in with us........it's been four years since he lived in a house.
He's a brother in Christ and has been a big blessing to both of us.
Big adjustment for all but an adventure we look forward to....so, since we live in a two bedroom home, I'm giving up my art room. I will still be creating but I will be down sizing!
Not sure what all will transpire yet but I will let you all know....I do know that I will be donating my new Serger machine to the lady who heads up the Dorcas Circle at church....I'm sure she will be happy to get it!Well....that's all the news for today....Enjoy and be blessed!!!

Oh my word, I really am in awe of you both. What a gift for this man. I do hope all will be well with it for all of you. I feel sure it will be. You trust in your Lord so much, He just HAS to come through for you all on this one.
Losing your craft room too. Please don't give up on your craft works Noel. Am sure He wouldn't want you to give so much up.
Look forward to hearing of your guest and as I say, hope all goes well.
Is this permanent or for a certain length of time? Oh I am so nosey.
Anyway, say a welcome to him from me across the pond, he couldn't have been chosen by a more kind and loving couple.

Jan, your words are heart felt...thank you for them and your well wishes. It's only for a season, how long or short that season is we don't know on the Lord. He's like my big brother Joe, I never knew...he died at child birth but he would have been the same age as Broc!

I will not give up on my crafts...I'm just down sizing and getting rid of items I don't use anymore. I'm moving my sewing machine downstairs for easy access.
It's all good....and a blessing to us all!

Hugs,
Noel xoxoxo

This is truly a gift of the heart. I cannot think that there is anything more spiritual and scriptual than to open your home to one in need. Bless you my child!xox - b

Barbara, honestly it's all the Lord...He gets all the glory. Last year when we almost lost our home we gave it back to the Lord and told Him it's His to do with what He wants and we feel this is exactly what He wanted us to do.

It's a blessing to have him here too!

Hugs,
Noel
