Woman's Luncheon

I'd thought I'd share with you some of the lovely decorated tables at our luncheon on Saturday. Each table was individually done by a volunteered hostess. That is they provide all that you see on each table and something for the ladies to eat in the morning. Most had a thank you gift for each person as well. There were a total of 20 tables with 8 guests at each one.
The lunch was provided by volunteers........it was all salads....yummy, yummy....there wasn't a smig left in any bowl.
I'm thinking of hostessing a table next year.....we'll see how it goes. I think it would be fun to do.
The theme of the luncheon was "Jesus The Centerpiece Of Our Season" and the scripture verse was 1st Chronicles 16:8-9
"Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim His greatness.
Let the whole world know what He had done."
We sang, shared stories and had a special speaker, Jeanie Alfred...what a special lady and so on fire for the Lord.

This is the table I sat at and we each got the bud vase with a rose in it and the box of candy at each place setting.....Bryan loved that...lol!
I hope you enjoy looking at the tables and can feel the atmosphere in the room on Saturday morning filled with wonderful Christian women.

How beautiful they all are. I cannot choose a favourite which is always a good thing. Each and everyone of them would have been a pleasure to sit at. I can imagine yours next year will be just as, if not, more beautiful. Go for it. :-) I would have loved to have sat right next to you.
